We are currently available to meet with clients and prospective clients via phone or teleconferencing. For current clients, we are closely monitoring the New York State Courts for updates to procedures, closings and the availability of virtual courts. Currently, the following family law matters are considered “essential” proceedings:
- Child protection intake cases involving removal applications
- Newly filed juvenile delinquency intake cases involving remand placement applications, or modification thereof
- Emergency family offense petitions/temporary orders of protection
- Emergency orders to show cause
- Stipulations on submission
