Fred was an incredible advocate in the custody case for my son. My son's mother was petitioning for sole custody and I was petitioning for joint custody in response. The case ended up going to a fact finding hearing (basically a family court custody trial). Fred was very well prepared and effective in the courtroom. He dedicated the time to meet with me before my testimony and also to meet with my witnesses before their testimony. 

All of his hard work and dedication paid off, because the judge awarded me 50/50 joint custody of my son after the trial. Not only was Fred a great attorney during my experience, he was also a very calming presence during a very heated battle. I'm a divorced father of two who never consulted a lawyer when getting divorced. My ex-wife and I agreed to terms and had them officially written up and decided upon in court.

Seemed easier and cheaper at the time but when I needed help when my ex threatened me with decreased visitation and more, I had no one to call.
